Llesh Gjoka was born in The Kaҫinar of Lezha (Albania) on 6 February 1957
He completed his studies at the High School of Lezha, while his higher studies were completed at the Higher Institute of The Ological Of Shkodra, in the Lower Cycle Department. During his profession he has been teaching at several 9-year-old schools in Lezha
Literary scholar Llesh Gjoka started in high school years. During his student years and then as a teacher he published several times in the press organs various poetry and writings. We are thinking about some of these newspapers: "New Life", "Zëri i Rinisё", "Mësuesi", the magazines "Pionieri", "Horizonti", and finally was present in the newspaper "Lissalba"
Many of his poems have also been published on many social networks. In March 2022, he published the first book of poetry "Silence of the River", while in June 2023, published the second book of poetry" Twilight Signs". He is now retired and his poetic publication continues in various platforms and newspapers
